Sasha motivated me to not only take up walking and hopefully running, again, but to take better care of myself by SLEEPING. I am going to record my sleep times daily for some accountability. It's a struggle for me to be disciplined enough with my quiet time to go to sleep at a decent hour. I think I am getting better... It'll be easier to know when I can track it. I have made a list of important daily and weekly tasks that I really don't want to miss, & I'm looking at them throughout each day, in an effort to rejuvenate my health (spiritual and physical) as i wean my almost-2yo baby. My mom mentioned that she worries about my health and I sure don't know what she's talking about, but I do know I want it to be a non-issue. What is wrong with my health?! From my recent early miscarriage I learned I'd really like to have another baby. -And hopefully before my current youngest child is too awful old. |
